At Briqwise, we believe that dedication and hard work deserve recognition. As a gesture of appreciation for our brokers’ exceptional performance, we recently hosted an all-expenses-paid trip to Queenstown, New Zealand, bringing together our top-performing brokers to celebrate their achievements.

The incentive trip recognised four remarkable brokers who each settled loans exceeding $10 million by June 30, 2024. This annual event has become a cornerstone of our commitment to rewarding excellence and reinforcing the valued partnerships we build with our brokers.

An unforgettable Queenstown experience

The inaugural Summit was set against the stunning backdrop of Queenstown. Upon arrival, our brokers were welcomed with a warm reception at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside, offering both comfort and breathtaking views. Following a relaxed evening with pre-dinner drinks and a local pub meal, the summit kicked off with great energy, setting the tone for the days ahead.

The agenda allowed participants to unwind and experience the natural beauty of New Zealand while connecting with fellow brokers. Highlights included an exhilarating morning of go-karting and a memorable dinner at the renowned Botswana Butchery, thanks to Parsons and Partners' Samantha Parsons and Courtney Garlick.

These moments of shared adventure and conversation in Queenstown’s picturesque setting truly added a lovely air to the event.

Creating lasting connections

The summit continued with a relaxing Saturday at Amisfield Winery. Surrounded by the serene vineyards, our brokers enjoyed a leisurely lunch, savouring local flavours.

Each evening brought further bonding opportunities, as everyone reflected on their accomplishments, sharing insights and discussing the day that was.

From relaxed explorations of Queenstown’s local charm to lively debriefs over drinks, the summit exceeded all expectations, paving the way for more events like this in the future.

This trip was not only a celebration of individual achievements but also a testament to our dedication to fostering strong partnerships with brokers. Through events like these, we aim to deepen our relationships, supporting a collaborative environment that aligns with our values of trust and appreciation.
