Simplicity in financing: fixed interest, minimum $100,000 with no hassle
At Briqwise our simplicity and transparency provides clarity. The interest can be different per project. The risk profile is low; we apply a conservative Loan-To-Value ration of 75% of its value. In practice, this is often around 50%. It’s paramount that an independent party does the appraisal of the property in order to be able to assess the quality accurately.
Financing can be requested and provided from $100,000. This is also the minimum investment for investors. An investor can provide financing alone or together with other investors. That is called a Club deal. Briqwise always guarantees the payment of the monthly instalments, so if a borrower is unable to pay the monthly interest and repayment, Briqwise will do so – over the entire term of the financing. And if the borrower cannot meet their obligations, Briqwise will arrange the foreclosure, with the first mortgage security covering the investor.
For borrowers there is a choice of different terms, competitive interest rates and it is possible to make extra repayments on the principal without penalty. This ensures optimal freedom.
Focus on IT and international growth
After the first successful years, Briqwise will focus on the scalability of the platform in the coming period. Borrowers now receive an answer within a few hours whether the financing is feasible.
