Benefits of a Club Deal
- In a Club Deal, as an investor, you can work with a still provide funding for a 'limited' budget that exceeds that budget. You then claim part of a financing and one or two other investors provide the remaining amount.

Funding together in a Club Deal: this is how it works
- Participating in a Club Deal is very easy by claiming the appropriate amount in your Portal. This is possible during the entire registration period. In a Club Deal, the minimum deposit per investor per financing is also $100,000.
- Do you find the loan amount too big to claim in its entirety? Then opt for a smaller investment amount. This is how you finance part of the real estate project.
- The investment comes about when the entire amount of the financing has been claimed.
- If the amount claimed is greater than the loan amount, a draw will take place after the registration period.
- Was the investment awarded to you after the draw? Congratulations! In that case, we will arrange all administrative and notarial activities for you and the other investors in the Club Deal.
